Harvest Gainesville Launch

This summer has been busy for our church family, as well as for the Norris family. As you can see in this (poor quality from my cheap camera) video, Hayden has been diligent to keep the Norris troops in line during the process of launching Harvest Bible Chapel Gainesville. Here he is with Ben and Susanna at our new church home (pre- cleaning and painting).

The official church launch was last Sunday, and the Lord encouraged us with a wonderful service and good turnout. A few pics are posted on the church Facebook page. Now we are gearing up for starting small groups, expanding children's ministry, and seeking to impact Gainesville and the surrounding areas for Christ!

In other news, which I did not manage to photograph, we started school this week! Ben is in 1st grade and Susanna in her last year of preschool. It was so strange to see her go off to her little class Wednesday at Classical Conversations, and it wasn't the nursery! She also started ballet...and most of you know that when you put 4 year old girls in leotards, cuteness overwhelms you! Ben starts soccer next week, which will alleviate his need for speed and wide open spaces, having been cooped up in the condo all summer!
